Paul Serluco, Principal
Paul Serluco is a seasoned corporate money manager with over thirty years experience in the finance function. As a Business Manager with the Boeing Company, he had primary responsibility for developing and managing multiple billion-dollar U.S. Department of Defense contracts. Prior to launching Arrant Management Group, he was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of a $15 million a year award-winning financial publications firm in Orlando, Florida. In this position, he managed all financial operations including SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting and investor relations, as well as administrative functions. He was instrumental in raising capital for the firm. Mr. Serluco has experience and expertise in the following industries - aerospace and defense, renewable energy, publishing, direct marketing, precious minerals, and financial services. He is also an Assistant Professor of Economics at Embry-Riddle University. Mr. Serluco is an honors alumnus of Temple University (PA) holding BBA and MA degrees in Economics and Finance.
Patricia A. Sahm, Senior Managing Director
Dr. Patricia A. Sahm is a senior business advisor with over twenty years of consulting experience. She has strong project management skills and has helped numerous clients to identify business gaps and opportunities across technology, process, people, and organization. A McKinsey alumna, she consults with clients as they examine the impact of technology on the customer experience. She is an expert in the impact of consumer demographic and behavioral changes across the generations and has a focus on "baby-boomers" as they near retirement. Her industry expertise includes: financial services, healthcare, retail, and non-profit. Dr. Sahm is on the editorial board of the TSYS n>genuity journal and is Assistant Professor of Management at Embry-Riddle University. Patricia earned her doctorate in information systems and organizational behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University
